1. Iron fine powder 1000kg, dry powder binder: 10-15kg; (the amount can be adjusted according to the moisture content of the raw materials).

3. Cold-pressed pellets made of iron-containing materials, coke powder, flux, etc. have self-reducing properties. The pellets can be directly added to the iron-melting furnace for smelting. Replacing part of the pig iron with self-reducing pellets will not affect the performance of the iron-melting furnace. The operation is adversely affected, production costs are greatly reduced, casting quality is improved, and product competitiveness is enhanced.
